Annual leave

As a permanent member of staff, you’ll enjoy a generous annual leave allowance of 27 days a year plus bank holidays, which rises to 29 days after five years and 33 days after ten years.

We offer a wide range of training and development opportunities, including fully funded undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications.

Outer London payment (weighting)

If you're on an Agenda for Change contract, which includes most nurses, you'll receive an additional outer London weighting payment of 15% of your basic salary on top of your salary.

If you need help finding somewhere to live, we have accommodation across our main hospital sites.

Flexible working

As we want to help you get that work/life balance right, we offer a range of flexible working options that include working from home, part-time hours, and job sharing. This includes the option to join the North West London collaborative bank, to view and book shifts at neighbouring acute NHS Trusts.

Pension

We’ll contribute 14% towards your pension if you join the NHS pension scheme.

Cycle to work scheme

If you’d like to cycle to work, you can order a new bike through our Cycle to Work scheme and save at least 25 per cent.

Car parking

There’s staff car parking available at our hospitals. Many of our smaller sites also have some parking spaces.

Health and wellbeing

We’ve a range of health and wellbeing initiatives across our Trust, including discounted gym membership that includes fitness facilities, pool, sauna, steam room, spa pools and fitness classes. There’s even an on-site hairdresser and therapy room.

Occupational health services

Our OH services can support with stress management, confidential counselling, seasonal vaccinations and BP/cholesterol testing.

Eye tests

We’ll pay £15 towards eye tests and £50 towards glasses if you need a new prescription. It’s available every two years for staff who regularly use a computer.

Parental leave

We offer a generous maternity, adoption, or paternity leave package to new mums and dads.
