Concessions and discounts

If you visit regularly…

…over consecutive days

If you’re visiting regularly at Northwick Park Hospital, you can save on your parking with:

  • a five day consecutive pass: £23.70
  • a seven day consecutive pass: £30

These passes are valid in the multi-storey car park only.

…over non-consecutive days

If you visiting regularly (but not on consecutive days), a great option is our day scratch cards. You must buy a minimum of five scratch cards together, at £26.30 (for five scratch cards) from the APCOA office in the multi-storey car park at Northwick Park Hospital. The scratch cards can be used at Central Middlesex, Ealing, Northwick Park and St. Mark's Hospital car parks.

If you’re receiving dialysis or chemotherapy

Pay £1 a day if you’re visiting us for dialysis or chemotherapy in our outpatient department. You’ll need proof of eligibility from the department – speak to a member of the team for more information.

If you’re visiting the Regional Hyper-Acute Rehabilitation Unit (RHRU)

If you’re visiting a friend or relative in the RHRU, you can get 25% discount on our standard parking tariffs. You’ll need proof of eligibility from the department – speak to a member of the team for more information.

How to pay

There are a couple of different ways to pay, depending on where you’d like to park. Remember to check the nearby parking signs before you leave your car.

Pay and display

You can pay and display in most of our car parks. Simply use the nearby parking machines. Machines accept exact change only.

Pay by phone

No change? No problem! Pay for your parking with your credit or debit card over the phone.

Simply find the four digit location code on a nearby sign and:

  • call 01895 262 122 or 0345 434 8008
  • with the amount of time you’d like to park

If this is your first time using the service, you will also be asked for:

  • your registration number
  • your credit or debit card details

…and that’s it – your parking is paid for! You can even extend your parking by text (subject to a 30p registration fee).

The clever system will remember your details for any future visits, so it’s a breeze to pay again.

Visit APCOA for more information about paying by phone.

Pay on exit

Some of our car parks are pay on exit. Simply drive up to the barriers, press the button, and you’ll get a ticket.

Once you return to your car, you can pay for the duration you parked at the ticket machine.

Remember to keep the ticket with you – there’s a fee if you lose it.

Car park management

All our car parks are managed and administered by APCOA. Our CCTV is managed by us.

Parking charge notices (PCN)

Help us by parking considerately. You will receive a parking charge notice (PCN) if:

  • You overstay the amount of time you’ve paid for
  • You don’t have a valid ticket
  • You park in a disabled bay without a disabled badge
  • You park illegally
  • You block access to our locations or facilities
  • You park outside a marked bay

If you do not have a valid parking ticket you will be issued with a parking charge notice of £60.00 (discounted by 50 per cent to £30 if paid within 14 days).

All tickets are administered by APCOA. We cannot help you dispute a PCN.

If you’d like to dispute a PCN, please use the details on the document. Remember to have your reference number to hand.
