Patients and visitors

Whether you’re coming in for an appointment, test, treatment, overnight stay, or if you’re visiting a friend, there are a couple things you need to know.

  1. Your planned procedure or endoscopy

    If you have a date for your planned procedure, follow our information about shielding and testing.

  2. Your outpatient appointment

    Your appointment will either take place as usual, or we’ll talk to you online or on the phone. We’ll let you know if you need to do anything different.

  3. Visiting a friend or relative

    You can accompany someone in hospital if you are a parent to a baby or child in hospital, a carer, or the next of kin of someone who is approaching the end of their life.

  4. MyPreOp questionnaire

    Get ready for your surgery by filling in your assessment online. The service is called MyPreOp, provided by a company called Ultramed.
