Some of our services and clinics accept referrals from non-GP referrers, teaching professionals, or parents or guardians. Some services accept paper referrals for clinically urgent cases only.

Unscheduled bleeding on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT): diagnostic pathway service at Ealing Community Diagnostic Centre

We offer ultrasound scans for women taking HRT who experience unexpected bleeding to help rule out serious underlying causes.  

Please follow the British Menopausal Society (BMS) guidance when referring your patient.

Clinic times 

We carry out tests Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4pm. 

Referrals 

GPs can refer their patient through Sunquest ICE. 

Results 

We send results to the patient's GP. GPs should follow the BMS guidance for ongoing management or onward referral where appropriate. 

Important information 

We accept routine referrals for mobile patients, and we can accommodate patients using manual wheelchairs. 

Patients requiring hospital transport should be referred directly to one of our acute hospital sites.
