Some of our services and clinics accept referrals from non-GP referrers, teaching professionals, or parents or guardians. Some services accept paper referrals for clinically urgent cases only.

Cardiology physiology: diagnostic test at Ealing Community Diagnostic Centre

We offer the following cardiology tests: 

  • 12-lead electrocardiography (ECG) 
  • Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring 
  • Holter monitoring (24-hour, 48-hour, 72-hour and 7 day monitoring) 
  • Transthoracic echocardiogram (TTE) 

Clinic times 

We carry out tests Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. 

Referrals 

GPs can refer their patients through the NHS e-Referral Service (eRS) for all cardiology physiology tests. 

We accept referrals from hospital clinicians. 

ECG tests can be booked directly. 

We triage referrals for TTE and Holter monitoring. 

Results 

We send results to the referring clinician and copy the patient's GP. Please allow up to 10 working days. 

Important information 

We do not accept patients who arrive on stretchers.
