Trusts looking for lay members
Want to get more involved with your local hospital?
London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust are recruiting lay members to chair interview panels for new medical consultants.
Successful applicants will be asked to commit to a minimum of ten days a year. They will ensure the recruitment process is carried out appropriately and candidates are treated fairly and equitably.
The trusts would love to hear from people who live locally, want to support their local hospital and who may have an interest in business, human resources or recruitment.
Lay members do not work for the trust but will be compensated for their time along with reasonable travel expenses.
