Team on shortlist roster
Congratulations to Team Based Rostering (TBR) who have been shortlisted for the Browne Jackson Award for excellence in employee engagement at the annual HPMA excellence in people awards.
The team, who would like to thank all the ward teams, matrons, roster managers, clinical leaders, project teams and staff who embraced TBR, made a presentation to judges in July with the category winner announced in November. TBR helps manage around 3,000 staff.
