Roadshow support for carers
Do you care for a family member, neighbour or close friend?
If so, find out what support you can get at an information stall at Central Middlesex Hospital between 2-4pm on Wed June 10 and Northwick Park Hospital between 2-4pm on Thursday June 11.
Carers should tell their GP about their situation as they prioritize appointments and access to Covid-19 and flu injections, offer an annual health check and have a copy of your emergency plan if you are suddenly unable to continue providing care.
