A patient found a sweet way of thanking nurses in the Haematology Day Care Unit at Northwick Park Hospital.

Our Improvement Fellowship programme forms a core aspect of our transformation programme. Participants are selected through a competitive process, and benefit from a dedicated structured training programme. Over the course of the programme, they must each undertake an improvement project of their own, which they evaluate in a formal poster for the graduation event.
