New Chief People Officer
The Trust welcomes a new Chief People Officer next week with close personal ties to the community and its hospitals.
Tracey Connage was born at Central Middlesex Hospital and had one of her children at Northwick Park and lives in Wembley.
“I love dealing with frontline public services. In the aftermath of the Covid pandemic, I can’t think of a more meaningful place and time to be doing this job.”
Tracey joins from neighbouring Harrow Council where she was Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development, and will be responsible for supporting more than 8,000 staff.
Chief Executive Pippa said: “I’m excited Tracey has joined us. She brings a breadth of experience to the role, along with a pragmatic and compassionate point of view. I know that her commitment to developing people and making our environment truly inclusive will help us enormously.”
