Bimal Patel, CFO, will outline our end‑of‑year position, income and expenditure, and capital investment priorities, before looking ahead to next year's efficiency work.
Our equity index, lead by Piers Milner, head of strategy, is guiding targeted improvements across our services, with results seen through partnership work and improving data completeness.
Finally, nurse consultant in tissue viability Luxmi Dhoonmoon will share how skin tone cards are helping clinicians spot early signs of pressure ulcers among Black and Asian patients - an idea that has attracted international attention.
