Hospital welcomes new employees ...with a nice bit of lettuce

Northwick Park has had some unusual employees over the years from Jeeves the Robot who carried blood samples and notes around the hospital to a Harrier Hawk called Zeus used to scare pigeons.

Jack’s Place, the hospital’s children’s ward, has now employed two rabbits - Flip and Flop - to provide its young patients with some light relief.

Matron Gale Blacklock and acting manager Katie Keen have been looking after the pair who were donated by a colleague.
