Our diabetes and endocrinology team care for people who have diabetes or endocrine conditions such as thyroid disease. The team includes a range of healthcare professionals who work closely together to provide a patient-focussed service.

We provide a full range of tests for diabetes and endocrinology at all our hospital sites, both for people who are admitted and for people who are being seen as outpatients.

Our team often care for people who need support with diabetes, including:

• Type 1 diabetes
• Type 2 diabetes
• Antenatal diabetes
• Complex diabetes
• Insulin pumps
• diabetic foot.

They also often care for people who need support with endocrine conditions, including:

• thyroid disease
• general endocrinology
• lipid disorders
