When you use our services, we look at a range of information to measure how quickly and effectively we are caring for you.

These include:

  1. A&E quality indicators

    When you visit our Emergency Departments, we measure five important quality indicators to check how well we care for you and how quickly we see you.
  2. Our research in numbers

    In research, the more people join a particular trial, the more we can rely on the results. More reliable results mean better care and treatment.
  3. Referral to treatment

    The NHS constitution outlines your right to safe care, provided by someone you can trust, and within an acceptable time.
  4. Safer staffing report

    Every month, we publish information about our staffing levels, including the percentage of shifts which met their agreed staffing levels during that month.
