The Interventional Radiology (IR) service at London North West Healthcare NHS Trust is led by Professor Martin Malina and delivered by a team of specialist interventional radiologists, interventional nurses, radiographers and administrative staff. Seven IR consultants operate at the Northwick Park site. One consultant also provides IR services at Ealing Hospital and two consultants provide IR services also at Hillingdon Hospital.
As part of The West London Vascular & Interventional Centre, the unit performs a wide range of vascular and non-vascular interventional procedures utilising minimally invasive techniques.
