Our preparing for parenthood sessions are full of information and advice about your pregnancy, birth, and the period after your baby is born.

What you'll learn

You’ll learn about:

  • antenatal support services and how can help you plan your birth
  • what to expect during labour, including pain relief and your birth
  • our infant feeding, wellbeing, and postnatal support services

These sessions are led by midwives, and they’re for parents at 32 weeks.

Sessions take place every Saturday, 10am to 12.30pm at:
