We really want to hear your views about your care. Good, bad, or in between, your experience helps us improve the way we care for our community. Remember, anything you tell us will not affect your ongoing care.

We love hearing when we’ve made a difference. Compliments put a spring in our step and help us do more of the things that make you happy.

Tell us if you have any concerns

If you think something isn’t quite right, tell us at the earliest opportunity. We can fix most concerns fairly quickly if we’re told.

  1. The first step is to talk to the person in charge of your area or ward. Ask at the reception desk or nursing station.
  2. If the person in charge can’t help, or if you’d like to talk to someone away from the ward or clinic, you can talk to our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).

Tell us if we’ve got it wrong

It’s equally important you tell us if you think something has gone wrong. That way, we can make sure we put it right as soon as possible. We can learn a lot from your views, so your feedback can help us reduce the risk of the same thing happening again.
