Equality, diversity, and inclusion
North west London is one of the most diverse and vibrant areas of our capital – and perhaps the UK.
We’re really proud that our workforce reflects so many people from so many different backgrounds. And without our diverse group of people, we wouldn’t have the skills or knowledge provide high quality care to our communities.
We value our diversity so much, it's a part of our HEART values.
