Our dietetic team assess and treat a variety of nutrition related health conditions for children and adults.

Service provided:

Community clinics and domiciliary service for children at home and in special schools and adults at home and in nursing/residential homes.

  • Multi-disciplinary Diabetes Education Service - Right Start
  • Enteral Feeding team - malnutrition and provision of oral nutritional supplements and tube feeds and equipment
  • Dietetic support to Diabetes Integrated Care Ealing (Adult Diabetes)
  • Dietetic support to Children's Diabetes Best Practice Tariff

Admission criteria:

  • All health professionals can refer patients registered with an Ealing GP who fit the clinical referral criteria
