No cash payments can be accepted at the centre, payments are either to be salary deduction, or standing order.

10 per cent discount will apply to older siblings nursery fees.

Fees for 2017-2018 and application form.

General information

A 10% discount is given to the second sibling, if you have more than one child in the day nursery.

Employees of Ealing and West London Mental Health trusts will have their fees deducted from their salary at the end of the month. All other NHS employees and the general public will have their fees deducted via standing order from their bank account on the first day of each month. The centre will also accept childcare vouchers.

Your place will not be confirmed until the standing order has been set up with your bank.  On commencing at the centre, parent/carers are asked to pay their first month's fees by cheque, in order that the regular fee system may be set up.  A refundable deposit is requested before your child commences at the centre.

Fees will still be payable when your child is absent due to sickness, holiday or closure of the centre due to training.

The fees are reviewed and increased on 1 April of each year.

Notice to change hours/days or leaving the centre requires one month’s notice, which should be in writing to the centre manager. Confirmation of change of days/hours is subject to availability.  Fees shall continue to be deducted until notice is received in writing.

All queries regarding fees need to be discussed with the centre manager.
