At the Willesden Community Rehabilitation Hospital our team of doctors, nurses and therapists provide intermediate care (step-up and step-down beds) and specialist neurological rehabilitation to patients who are registered with a GP in Brent.

The Hospital consists of two twenty bed wards, Fifoot ward and Robertson/Menzler Ward and is based at the Willesden Centre for Health and Care. 


Our aim is to enable patients return to their homes or other suitable accommodation within the community.

Visiting hours are from 11am - 8pm.

Willesden Centre for Health and Care is located on Robson Avenue, which is not far from the A407 (High Road).

By Bus: The bus routes servicing the centre are the 6 (Bertie Road to Aldwych/Southside), 206 (Mitchell Way to Kilburn Park Station) and the 226 (Ealing Broadway Station to Golders Green Station).


By tube: The nearest tube station to the Centre is Dollis Hill, which is on the Jubilee line and is a 15 minute walk away. Alternatively you can take bus 266 from bus stop DA (towards Ealing Broadway Station).

You can also go to Willesden Green Underground Station and take bus 260 (towards White City Bus Station), bus 266 (towards Hammersmith) or bus 460 (towards Willesden Bus Garage).

By rail

Willesden Junction Station is 1.6 miles from the Willesden Centre for Health and Care. Come out of the station and take bus 206 (towards Kilburn Park Station) or bus 226 (towards Golders Green Station).

By car 

If you're coming to the centre by car you can do so via the A406, A407 and A404.

Although please note, there is limited on site parking for visitors and few pay and display bays in the area.

We have so much to offer and are pleased to be seeking newly qualified and experienced Band 5 nurses to join us at Willesden rehabilitation unit.

Willesden hospital has 60 beds across three specialist rehabilitation wards staffed by enthusiastic nurses alongside equally passionate therapists and co-workers. Together, we provide holistic, planned care for patients with a wide range of conditions including Stroke, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinsons, Acquired Brain Injury and Spinal injuries. Patients are also supported towards independence following falls, infection and surgical interventions.

We are found within Willesden Centre for Health and Care with staff parking and easy access by bus, tube or National Rail.

The ethos of rehabilitation is about enabling maximum physiological, psychological, emotional and social potential of the patient and improving quality of life.

Our aim is to enable adult patients to return home or alternative suitable accommodation to live as independently as possible following a period of multidisciplinary, integrated input.

We will welcome you to the team by providing a bespoke induction programme, mentorship and supported professional development. 

You will receive specialist training to enable you to fulfil your role and achieve new skills such as venepuncture, physical assessment and link nurse responsibilities.
