Are you looking for a rewarding role within a friendly, supportive team? Would you like to join us in delivering high standards of care and support to patients and their families?
We have so much to offer and are pleased to be seeking newly qualified and experienced Band 5 nurses to join us at Willesden rehabilitation unit.
Willesden hospital has 60 beds across three specialist rehabilitation wards staffed by enthusiastic nurses alongside equally passionate therapists and co-workers. Together, we provide holistic, planned care for patients with a wide range of conditions including Stroke, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinsons, Acquired Brain Injury and Spinal injuries. Patients are also supported towards independence following falls, infection and surgical interventions.
We are found within Willesden Centre for Health and Care with staff parking and easy access by bus, tube or National Rail.
The ethos of rehabilitation is about enabling maximum physiological, psychological, emotional and social potential of the patient and improving quality of life.
Our aim is to enable adult patients to return home or alternative suitable accommodation to live as independently as possible following a period of multidisciplinary, integrated input.
We will welcome you to the team by providing a bespoke induction programme, mentorship and supported professional development.
You will receive specialist training to enable you to fulfil your role and achieve new skills such as venepuncture, physical assessment and link nurse responsibilities.
We are a motivated and enthusiastic team looking for people like you to join us.
