Are you looking for a rewarding role within a friendly, supportive team? Would you like to join us in delivering high standards of care and support to patients and their families?
We have so much to offer and are pleased to be seeking newly qualified and experienced Band 5 nurses to join us on Rosemary ward.
Rosemary Ward is a 25 bedded specialist rehabilitation ward staffed by enthusiastic nurses alongside equally passionate therapists and co-workers. Together, we provide holistic, planned care for patients with a wide range of neurological conditions including Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinsons, Acquired Brain Injury and Spinal injuries.
We are found at Clayponds Hospital, a modern centre of excellence for rehabilitation with free staff parking and easy access by bus (No. 65 and E3) or via the tube (South Ealing) or National Rail.
The ethos of rehabilitation is about enabling maximum physiological, psychological, emotional and social potential of the patient and improving quality of life.
Our aim is to enable adult patients to return home or alternative suitable accommodation to live as independently as possible following a period of multidisciplinary, integrated input.
We will welcome you to the team by providing a bespoke induction programme, mentorship and supported professional development.
You will receive specialist training to enable you to fulfil your role and achieve new skills such as venepuncture, physical assessment and link nurse responsibilities.
We are a motivated and enthusiastic team looking for people like you to join us.
