  • Clinical biochemistryThe Clinical biochemistry department provides an analytical and advisory service at Central Middlesex, Ealing, Northwick Park and St Mark's Hospitals.
  • Colorectal surgerySt Mark's Hospital is the country's leading specialist hospital for colorectal and intestinal disease. We manage many different types of patients including major surgery, intestinal failure, stoma care, polyposis and irritable bowel disease.
  • ColposcopyA Colposcopy is a procedure which involves a doctor or nurse specialist using a magnifying instrument called a colposcope to check the cells on the surface of the cervix (neck of the womb) for abnormalities.
  • Critical careOur Intensive care units (ICU) care for patients with complex medical and surgical needs. The expert care that is provided for patients with these complex conditions cannot be provided elsewhere in the hospital. We have intensive care units at three of our hospital sites.
